Instructions

1. Wash, dry, clean the strawberries and quarter or sixth, depending on the size.
2. Puree 100 g of the strawberries and mix with the vinegar, pepper and a little salt. Place the other strawberries on a plate or on a flat bowl, cut the basil leaves into fine strips and mix with the strawberries. Pluck the ham into pieces, slice the parmesan into fine shavings. Spread the ham pieces and parmesan shavings on the strawberries and spread the strawberry marinade on top.
