Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Also cut the zucchini into slices.
Cut the ginger into very small cubes and cut the sage leaves into thin strips about 2 cm wide.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the carrots for 7 - 8 minutes. Then add the zucchini, ginger, sage and the pressed garlic. Fry for another 3 - 4 minutes and season with salt and the juice of half a lemon. Now add the honey and toss everything in it for another 2 - 3 minutes.
