• 6 small cocktail tomatoes, halved

• Herbal salt, or salt

Instructions

1. Process all ingredients into a mass with a blender or hand blender and season with herbal salt. The consistency can be very smooth or coarser, depending on your taste.
2. Can also be used as a pesto with pasta or as a dip.
