Instructions

  1. Wash the onions, soup vegetables, carrots and potatoes and cut into small cubes. Drain the fat and sweat the onion. Add the potatoes and 1/3 of the vegetables and sauté everything again. Then dust with flour and deglaze with stock / water. Add the rest of the vegetables and bring to the boil. After about 10 minutes, fill up with the rest of the water, add the stock cubes and the bacon (I always cut it into narrow strips beforehand). When the bacon is soft, add the spices to taste. If you like, you can also add sausages, whole or sliced.
