Instructions

  1. Soak the rolls in a little water, squeeze them out well, pick them up and knead with the minced meat. Mash the garlic (I`ll use the garlic cube) and add.
  2. Mix onion with diced ham and place in a non-stick pan, fry lightly on medium heat (fat is not necessary).
  3. Grate the mushrooms, cut into thick slices, add and fry until they soften.
  4. Let everything cool down a bit, add to the minced meat and knead together. Season with pepper, paprika and herbs from Provence. Salt is usually not necessary.
  5. Grease a baking dish lightly. Cover the bottom and sides of the pan with thin slices of smoked ham. Pour in the mince and smooth it out. Fry in the preheated oven at 180 ° top / bottom heat on the middle rack for about 90 minutes.
