Soak 1 roll in water, squeeze dry, then knead together with 1000g minced meat. Mash 1 clove garlic and add to the mixture.
Mix diced onion with 150g diced cooked ham in a non-stick pan. Fry on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until warmed through (no added fat needed).
Slice 250g fresh mushrooms into thick slices, add to pan, and fry for 5 minutes until softened.
Let the cooked vegetables cool for 5 minutes, then add to the minced meat mixture and knead together. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and herbs Provence.
Lightly grease a baking dish. Line the bottom and sides with thin slices of 80g ham. Pour in the meat mixture and smooth the surface.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) on middle rack for 90 minutes.
