• 600 g yourt
• 400 ml cream
• 2 packs cream stabilizer
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 packs vanilla sugar
• 500 ml passion fruit juice
• 2 packs dessert sauce (vanilla flavor) without cooking
• possibly peach (s)

Instructions

1. Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir the sauce powder into the passion fruit juice and pour over the yoghurt cream mixture.
2. Chopped peaches taste delicious in the yoghurt cream mixture. A really tasty dessert, especially in summer.
