Grease the muffin tins as needed. Heat the butter and let it melt. Sieve the flour with baking powder. Clean and roughly chop the herbs. Finely chop the garlic. Stir the herbs into the butter. Mix the eggs with sour cream or sour cream and salt and the butter. Add the flour mixture and stir in vigorously. Spread the batter in the muffin troughs and bake for approx. 20 minutes.
