Instructions

  1. Wash the long grain rice thoroughly and add it to the boiling salted water. Add the cleaned, peeled onion. Cook the rice for 8-12 minutes, then place on a sieve, rinse with lukewarm water and drain. Heat the butter, add the rice and toss with the chopped herbs.
