Chop the onions in a food processor or finely dice them with a knife.
Cut the cabbage into strips with the slicer insert of the food processor (or with the knife or with the cucumber slicer). Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and also cut very small. Cut the bell pepper into cubes.
Heat the oil in a large pan and stir-fry the onions and peppers. Then pour in the cabbage and salt or sprinkle with granular broth, cover with a lid and turn down the temperature.
After 5 - 10 minutes stir in the peppers, keep the lid on. Add condensation to the herb. Cook until the desired firmness is achieved.
As a main course for 1 person 2 - 3 plates, as a side dish it is definitely enough for more people.
