Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and stir the yolks with the butter until creamy. Mix the flour and baking powder and add to the dough alternately with the mineral water. Then add the onion, herbs, salt and pepper. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold carefully into the batter. Heat up the waffle iron, grease well and fry the mixture in portions until golden brown.
