Instructions

  1. Wash the herbs, pluck the leaves and finely chop. Cut the spring onions into small rings or cubes. Melt the butter and briefly sweat the herbs and onion in it. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Mix together the yeast, sugar and milk and pour into the flour. Add salt, egg and the herb-onion-butter mixture. Knead everything well. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour. Then shape 10 balls out of the dough, place on the tray, press flat and let rise for another half an hour.
  3. After rising, punch holes in the middle or form circles and brush the bagels with egg yolk. Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
