• 1 packet chives (frozen), or fresher
• 2 tablespoon mustard
• 4 garlic clove (s)
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. It is best to first stir the butter until creamy. Then mix in the other ingredients. If you mix all the ingredients together immediately, you will not get the butter stirred until smooth. The result doesn`t look so nice.
2. The recipe makes about two bowls full. I always have something left over, so don`t prepare too much.
