Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. To press a hollow in the middle. Mix the yeast with 50 ml of water and sugar in it and cover and let rise for 10 minutes.
  2. Then knead in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 100 ml of water and leave to rise covered for 25 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Scald tomatoes, peel, core and roughly cut. Add, braise for 25 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Wash and pluck herbs. Chop the bay leaves. Preheat the oven to 220 °. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and form an edge. Spread tomatoes on it. Spread the anchovies over the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the herbs after 15 minutes.
