Instructions

  1. Toast the pine nuts. Peel and finely dice shallots. Sauté shallots in the butter for 3 minutes. Then fry the grated zest of 1/2 lemon and the herbs. Salt, pepper. Sprinkle with pine nuts and parmesan cheese.
