Prepare a kneading dough from the butter, flour, low-fat quark and salt and pepper. The dough and the filling are enough for 2 forms. Grease the molds and add the dough, form an edge of about 2 cm.
Preheat the oven to 180 °.
Cut the herbs into small pieces (of course the herbs can be varied according to taste!). Prepare the filling for the quiche from the herb quark, eggs, salt, pepper and paprika powder and herbs and place on the dough.
Put the quiche in the oven for about 45 minutes.
Serve the quiche warm, with green salad or lamb`s lettuce tastes good.
