Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, mayonnaise and milk together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash and finely chop herbs. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Clean the vegetables, peel them if necessary and dice them finely. Stir everything into the quark mixture and season to taste again.
