Instructions

  1. Cut the stalk of the pineapple into pieces (the pineapple pulp can be used for other things). Peel the banana and cut into 2 - 4 pieces. Wash the lettuce leaves.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and fill up to the 1 liter mark with water. Then mix for about 2 minutes at maximum power and serve immediately.
  3. This smoothie is a real taste explosion.
  4. Important: Do not use too much lovage, with one leaf I do not mean all the leaves that are on a stem, but really only 1 - 2 leaflets (partial leaves).
