Instructions

  1. Cut the meat sausage into thin strips (noodle-like) and place in a large bowl. Now peel the onions, cut into half rings and spread over the sausage. Chop the garlic cloves very finely (or press with a garlic press) and add. Wash the peppers and tomatoes, cut into small pieces and add to the rest. Likewise, finely chop the pickles and fill them into the bowl.
  2. For the dressing, melt the herb butter in a small saucepan, let it cool and mix it with the sunflower oil, vinegar, cucumber water, mustard, sweetener and chives. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Mix well and let steep for half an hour.
  3. The main course is the sausage salad for 4 people.
  4. Tip: If you like, you can add fresh parsley or other herbs - there are no limits to the imagination.
