Instructions

  1. Peel the ginger, dice it finely and put it in a large bottle (at least 1 liter) along with all the herbs and rock sugar. Pour in the double grain and place it tightly closed on the windowsill for 10 days.
  2. Shake well every day. On the 11th day, filter well and fill into decorative bottles.
  3. The lavender and mint give it a very fresh, cooling taste, which immediately puts you in a good mood, the ginger is very slightly lemony and the cloves, sage and thyme release their aromas very subtly. If you don`t like the color, you can add a small drop of green food coloring, it will look even fresher.
