Instructions

  1. Put the water in a saucepan. Add lavender, rosemary and sage. Put a lid on. Now bring the water to the boil at the highest level. Simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the stove and cover the herbs in the water for another 2 - 5 minutes. Then strain the herbs.
  2. Can also be enjoyed cold in summer.
  3. For gourmets, add a splash of fresh lemon juice.
