Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, cream and herbs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Grease a flat refractory dish.
  2. Pour in the mixture and cover and let set in a hot water bath for 25 minutes. Turn the egg stick out and cut into cubes or lozenges.
