Instructions

  1. A very simple dish that is a perfect way to start the weekend. Wash the potato thoroughly, cut in half and cut into thin slices. If you want, you can peel the potato beforehand, but you don`t have to. Heat some olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the potato slices over medium heat. After about 5 minutes add the bacon strips to the pan. In the meantime, wash the tomato, cut in half and cut out the green stem. Then quarter the tomato or cut it into small pieces. Wash and clean the spring onions. Cut the greens into thin rings. Add the tomato pieces and spring onion rings to the pan and toss briefly. Transfer the eggs as fried eggs and fry to the point. Finally, season with a little salt (be careful with the bacon) and freshly crushed black pepper. Vegetarians can of course leave out the bacon. Then it`s a heroine`s breakfast.
