Ingredients

• 250 g fish fillet (s) (herrin, Nordic style)
• 25 g onion (s), finely weihed
• 1 lemon (s), the juice and also the pulp it
• 2 small pickles (approx. 30 g), weighed small
• 1 apple (approx. 20 g), roughly grated and weighed small
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 200 g sour cream
• 100 g milk

Instructions

1. Pour off the oil from the matjes fillet, rinse once with water and cut into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Place onion, lemon juice and pulp, pickles, apple on top. Mix the sour cream with milk, sugar and salt and pour over the mixture. Mix briefly and let steep a little.
2. Serve with jacket potatoes and cranberries.
