Instructions

  1. Pour off the oil from the matjes fillet, rinse once with water and cut into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Place onion, lemon juice and pulp, pickles, apple on top. Mix the sour cream with milk, sugar and salt and pour over the mixture. Mix briefly and let steep a little.
  2. Serve with jacket potatoes and cranberries.
