Salt the chicken and cook in plenty of water for an hour. Then add the soup vegetables and cook for another hour.
Remove the chicken from the skin and bones while it is still warm. It`s only easier to cut into small pieces when it`s cold.
Peel the apples and cucumber and cut into small cubes. Place the fish fillet in cold water for about 1.5 hours to soak, then cut it into cubes and mix everything in a large bowl. Then add the chopped onion, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise and possibly some cucumber juice. Cut the eggs into slices, add them to the salad and let everything sit well.
