This Russian salad is piled up as a dome. It is practical that everything is chopped up with the moulinette, which is also quick.
Process herring, onion, apple and pickled cucumber into a hackle (if you want, you can also add boiled potatoes) and pile them up in the middle of a flat plate as a mountain. Chop the hard-boiled eggs as well and layer them on top. Put the cooked beetroot (can be bought shrink-wrapped) on top as the next layer, finely chopped. As the last layer, spread mayonnaise on top and, for example, sprinkle with chives rolls for decoration. Let rest for about 1 hour.
