Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until done, peel them hot and cut into 1 cm cubes.
  2. Immediately fold in the egg yolks. This means that the potatoes will not soak up the dressing later.
  3. Put the lard in the frying pan and sauté half of the onions and bacon. The onions should be translucent.
  4. Then add all the ingredients except for the mayonnaise, salt, pepper and vinegar to the potatoes and mix together.
  5. Mix salt, pepper, vinegar and mayonnaise into a dressing, pour over the potatoes and fold in.
  6. It is best to let it steep for a day in the refrigerator.
  7. Vienna sausages, meatballs or just rolls or baguettes taste best with them.
