Cook the pasta in salted water, cut the bell pepper and zucchini into small cubes. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the peppers for about 4 minutes, then add the zucchini, garlic and thyme and fry for 2 minutes. Then deglaze with the vinegar, season with paprika powder and mix with the now slightly cooled pasta; let everything cool down.
Clean the rocket, shorten the ends if necessary, wash and drain, then fold into the salad and season again with vinegar and the spices if necessary. At the end, crumble / cut the feta well and fold in together with the leek rings.
