• 200 g ladyfiners
• 4 tablespoon calvados or apple brandy
• 500 g apple compote, with pieces
• 250 g mascarpone
• 200 g quark
• 75 grams sugar
• 1 bag vanilla sugar
• 100 g sweet cream, whipped until stiff

Instructions

1. Line a flat baking dish with ladyfingers, drizzle with calvados. Spread the applesauce on top. Mix the mascarpone, cream quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and cream and spread on the applesauce. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Dust with cinnamon before serving.
