Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the chicken drumsticks, fry them in the butter until golden brown.
  2. In the meantime, peel and core the apple, quarter it and cut into thin slices. Add to the legs and sweat for a moment.
  3. Pour in the calvados and apple cider, simmer over a medium heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Mix the whipped cream with the egg whites. Mix with curry and herbs, lightly salt and pepper.
  5. Cover the legs with the cream and egg white mixture and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Spaetzle, rice or mashed potatoes are suitable as a side dish.
