Chop the herbs, cut the chives into rolls. Mix the sour cream with salt, sugar, vinegar and herbs until the sugar has dissolved. Taste again. If the sauce is still too thick, you can dilute it very well with condensed milk.
Mix with lettuce or lettuce.
This is how my mother always made the sauce, only she added a little oil. I save that because of the calories and because it is not even noticeable if it is not in there.
