- Peel the bananas and brush them vigorously with the cream horseradish. Then wrap 2 slices of Parma ham around the coated banana.
- Let the olive oil get hot in the frying pan and fry the bananas vigorously until the ham is almost crispy.
- Serve hot-
- If you like, you can also use normal horseradish, then it will be even heartier!
- As a starter, however, you should only estimate one banana per person.
