Instructions
- Mix the eggs with the cream cheese and flour. Cut the vegetables or fruit into small pieces.
- For the hearty version, add vegetables, salt and pepper to the batter. Mix everything together and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Let a non-stick pan get hot and add the batter. Fry the pancakes on both sides for about 2 minutes and serve with a small salad and yogurt.
- Do the same with the sweet variant. If you still need a little sweetness, add a little maple syrup or honey.
- Tips:
- You can also roast ham or sausage with the hearty pancakes. I`ve also stirred shallots into the batter.
- Replace half of the cream cheese with feta cheese or parmesan, this adds variety to the pancake.
