Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with the cream cheese and flour. Cut the vegetables or fruit into small pieces.
  2. For the hearty version, add vegetables, salt and pepper to the batter. Mix everything together and let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Let a non-stick pan get hot and add the batter. Fry the pancakes on both sides for about 2 minutes and serve with a small salad and yogurt.
  4. Do the same with the sweet variant. If you still need a little sweetness, add a little maple syrup or honey.
  5. Tips:
  6. You can also roast ham or sausage with the hearty pancakes. I`ve also stirred shallots into the batter.
  7. Replace half of the cream cheese with feta cheese or parmesan, this adds variety to the pancake.
