Sift the flour, quickly knead with sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and butter (in flakes) to form a smooth dough. Shape the dough into a ball and wrap in foil and place in a cool place.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees). Roll out the dough to approx. 5 mm thick. Cut out cookies with a corrugated cutter (diameter 5 cm), cut a small hole in the middle of each half. Place the biscuits on baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake until golden in about 15 minutes.
Warm up the jelly, coat whole cookies with it, put on the perforated cookies. Dust with powdered sugar.
