Heat the water or the vegetable stock, add the millet and the vegetable pieces and simmer gently over a low heat for 10 minutes. Add the spices and lemon juice and simmer for another 5 minutes until the broth is soaked up. If necessary add hot water. Mix with the butter and pour into a heat-resistant container. If available, sprinkle with chives or other herbs.
A nice office and workshop meal. Especially if it is still slightly warm at lunchtime.
