- Mix the butter and honey until frothy. Separate eggs. Stir the egg yolks and yoghurt into the foam mixture.
- Mix in the flour, baking powder and spices, as well as raisins and nuts. Finally add the apple juice.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter.
- Bake in portions in the greased, hot waffle iron and serve sprinkled with cinnamon sugar at the end.
- Roasted, grated hazelnuts go well with this.
- Approx. 16 waffles can be made from this mass.
