Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Wash the hokkaido squash and cut it into cubes. Peel the garlic clove and onion and cut into small pieces together with the chilli pepper.
  3. Steam the onion in a pan with olive oil. Add the garlic and pumpkin and fry until golden brown, stirring regularly.
  4. Put the drained pasta, possibly with a little butter, under the pumpkin vegetables and season well with the spices.
  5. Garnish with parmesan and pumpkin seeds before serving.
  6. Tip: Melt the sage leaves in butter and toss the pasta in it. Add the pumpkin vegetables and eat.
