- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Wash the hokkaido squash and cut it into cubes. Peel the garlic clove and onion and cut into small pieces together with the chilli pepper.
- Steam the onion in a pan with olive oil. Add the garlic and pumpkin and fry until golden brown, stirring regularly.
- Put the drained pasta, possibly with a little butter, under the pumpkin vegetables and season well with the spices.
- Garnish with parmesan and pumpkin seeds before serving.
- Tip: Melt the sage leaves in butter and toss the pasta in it. Add the pumpkin vegetables and eat.
