Instructions

  1. Let the berries and water boil for 1 hour, cool and squeeze out.
  2. Stir in the sugar, add the spices and cook for another 45 minutes.
  3. Once cooled, stir in the schnapps, remove the spices beforehand, season to taste and fill into sterilized bottles.
  4. The liqueur tastes best after standing for a long time.
  5. Usually after a year, but it can be drunk at any time.
