- Wash the pork belly slices and pat them dry completely.

- Dredge each slice in breadcrumbs, pressing gently so they adhere.

- Fry the breaded pork slices for 4-5 minutes per side until golden, crispy, and internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
