Add sugar, salt, and dry yeast to warm water. Stir, cover with a towel, and leave for 15 minutes.
Then mix and add 1 glass of flour. Add 2 tbsp on top immediately. flax seeds and pumpkin seeds.
The remaining 2 tbsp. grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder and add to the rest of the ingredients. Add vegetable oil.
Mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon. Add a little flour, stirring well each time. You don’t need to add flour right away, you may need a little less flour. Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil. Then start kneading the dough. You should have a soft, slightly sticky dough.
Put the finished dough back into the bowl and cover with a towel. Put in a warm place for an hour.
As the dough rises, divide it into 2 parts and knead again. Form loaves.
Place in a greased baking sheet and lay out the loaves. Make cuts on the top and leave to rise for an hour. Bake for about 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees until golden brown.
Cover the finished bread with a waffle towel and leave it to freeze.
