Carefully heat the milk with the teabag (e.g. in the microwave or on the stove). When the milk has started to simmer, take the pot off the stove and let the tea steep for another 3 - 4 minutes.
Remove the tea bag, stir in the maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon, pour into a cup and enjoy.
In my opinion, this chai latte tastes much better than the commercially available ready-made powder or the drink that you get in many coffee bars.
