Instructions

  1. Heat the butter, honey and the water until the butter has dissolved. Mix the ingredients and spread them on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast the mixture in the oven at 160 ° C for about 25 minutes until the muesli is golden brown. This is important because the water cannot escape with top-bottom heat. Then leave the oven door ajar. Stir the mixture around every 10 minutes and make sure that the edge does not get too dark.
  3. Let the granola cool and store in an airtight container. Also a great gift in a beautiful glass.
  4. Vegan variant for the muesli: use vegan plant margarine instead of butter, agave syrup instead of honey or just maple syrup.
  5. The ingredients are freely interchangeable. E.g. cashews, sesame, amaranth, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds also taste good.
