Instructions

  1. Flatbread:
  2. Sieve the flour into a bowl, make a well in the middle, crumble the yeast into it. Mix with sugar and a little milk to form a pre-dough. Cover the bowl and let rise for about 15 minutes until the pre-dough cracks.
  3. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead into a dough until it no longer sticks. Cover the dough again and let rise for approx. 45 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees circulating air. Shape the dough into 4 flatbreads. (Sprinkle with sesame and / or caraway seeds as desired). Place 2 loaves of bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with oil. Let rise for another 10 minutes. Then bake for about 12-15 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool.
  5. Sauce:
  6. Press the garlic into a bowl, mix the yoghurt with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Filling:
  8. Tomatoes, cucumbers and cut into slices, lettuce and onions thinly slice or slice. Put each ingredient in its own bowl.
  9. Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika. Sear the meat in a hot pan, only when the flatbread is lukewarm.
  10. Cut pockets into the flatbread. Then everyone can fill their own bread.
  11. You can bake mini flatbreads for parties and serve the kebab as lukewarm finger food!
