- Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes and then drain. You can peel them beforehand, but you don`t have to.
- Cut the rosemary into small pieces and mix together with the oil and the spices for french fries.
- After cooling, cut the potatoes into strips 1 cm thick. Spread the potato strips on a baking sheet and brush the oil mixture over them.
- Preheat the oven well and leave the fries in the oven at 200 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
- The fries go wonderfully as an accompaniment to dishes such as Comb steak in its own marinade.
