Before you cook your homemade potato chips in the oven, wash and peel the potatoes. Then cut it into slices approximately 2 millimeters thick. Blot off excess moisture with a paper towel.
Sprinkle with paprika, fine salt, and ground pepper: black and red. Add a small amount of vegetable oil. One tablespoon is enough for 500 grams of potatoes. Stir until the potato slices are coated on each side.
Preheat the oven by setting the temperature to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Lubricate with oil. Transfer the crisp blank onto baking paper. The chips will dry within 15-20 minutes.
