Instructions

  1. Pour the 1 liter of fresh, unheated milk into a large glass bowl.
  2. Cover the bowl with a tea towel.
  3. Leave at room temperature without moving for at least 24 hours, until the milk is completely solid.
  4. Divide into portions and serve with red fruit jelly or other fruit if desired.
