Instructions

  1. Mix the starch with a little milk in a saucepan, then add the rest of the milk.
  2. For the custard:
  3. Cut open half of the vanilla pod, first scrape out the stones, then add these and the pod to the milk.
  4. For the chocolate pudding:
  5. Crush the chocolate and add to the milk.
  6. For the mocha pudding:
  7. Introduce the coffee powder into the milk.
  8. Then add the sugar and the beaten egg and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  9. Turn off the stove, immediately put the pudding in a bowl, remove the vanilla pod if necessary and let the whole thing cool down. Stir the surface from time to time to avoid skin formation or cover the surface with cling film.
  10. Serving tip:
  11. Make vanilla and chocolate puddings and at the same time pour small portions into the dessert bowls so that half is vanilla and half is chocolate. Then stir in the middle with a spoon to create a nice pattern.
  12. Garnish the mocha pudding with whipped cream and chocolate flakes and serve.

  14. One serving of chocolate pudding has 230kcal, the others 140kcal per serving.
