Instructions

  1. Bring the water with sugar, vanilla pod, vanilla pulp and lemon juice to the boil. Reduce to the desired consistency for about 15-20 minutes or longer over medium heat. Remove the vanilla pod.
  2. Pour the syrup into a bottle or a screw-top jar while it is still hot and close it.
