Get stems first. Either shorten the kebab skewers or buy real cakepop sticks. Have a sheet of styrofoam or kitchen roll ready to poke in the pops.
Crumble the cake and cookies. In a second bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese until creamy. Add powdered sugar and flavor. Gradually stir in the crumbs. It is best to work in with a spoon, then the hands are not so sticky.
Then shape the mixture into small balls or press into small cakes with a cupcake mold. Skewer it and then put it in the freezer. Approx. 1 hour or in the refrigerator if there is no space in the freezer.
Then melt the glaze and dip the lollipops one at a time and turn them, then the best thing to do is to tap a little on the edge so that there is not too much chocolate on it. Pike and decorate the plate.
