First put the water in the kettle. While bringing it to a boil, froth 100 ml milk. Pour the boiling water into a cup, add the tea bag and let the tea steep for 7 minutes.
As soon as it is ready, remove the tea bag and dissolve 1 teaspoon honey in the tea. Add the rest of the milk and pour the milk foam on top. Spread the remaining honey and cocoa powder on the milk foam.
