Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok. Mix the chicken breast strips with 1/4 of the sambal and cornstarch and fry briefly, remove and set aside.
Add 1 more tablespoon of oil to the wok and fry the garlic cloves until they turn lightly colored. Add the broccoli florets and a little water. Season with salt and pepper and cover.
After 4 1/2 minutes, arrange the broccoli on a preheated platter.
Put another 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok, toast the chopped garlic and the rest of the sambal and add the honey and sesame seeds.
Serving:
As soon as the honey foams, add the chicken breasts and mix well. Arrange in the middle of the broccoli.
